Tattooed Thoughts?

So, the written part I already have tattooed. I have it just below my neck, between my shoulder blades.

It translates to "Write."

The rest of it, I want to have added. A book with blank pages. Telling me to hurry up and fill them, already!

This is just a rough sketch, and will be much better once actually drawn on me. The book will be further up, on my neck, and the stars will look better, probably smaller and more stylized - cascading down my neck and around the writing.

What do you all think? Yay? Nay?....

I think it would look tons better if there were pictures of me on the pages.

While I heartily agree w/Karl that all body work could be improved with pictures of him, how 'bout if you have the book done around the character so it looks as if it were on one of the pages. And then you could put a pen on the page as well with the stars coming out of the pen like it was the ink. Ink-splash type o' thing.

I fricken love it! I think you should keep the pages blank because then it doesn't lock you into any one specific time. I 150% love this idea!!!

If I ever got a tattoo, which I wouldnt, that would be similar to what I would get. But also I want a flaming ball of yarn.

But also I dont think I can handle tattoos.

But also I think that this should be on you. Get it for me.

That is way cool. I like the idea around it. All tattoos should have a meaning... especially if it translates into what you love, and what you find inspiring.

Sorry I missed this (like a whole month late? *cringe*) Well, I got my tattoo... ;) So I'm biased! I LIKE it!

You could always have "to write, perchance to dream..." on the pages. Or something like that. ;) Or a quill, to show that YOU are the author?
