My friend Jason has been teaching me to tattoo. He's been the one doing mine, and he knew that I can draw, so he asked if I wanted to learn.
Hell yeah!
So, his wife graciously allowed me to use her leg as a test subject. She wanted leaves, and she didn't want them to be perfectly symmetrical, or anything like that....so, she told me to go ahead and practice on her.
Done!
Go to my flickr page to check them out...they're the 4 pictures of leaves on the very top. I know they're not perfect, but it was my first attempt...and I have to say that tattoo guns are an ENTIRELY different medium to work with, and skin is kind-of a pain in the ass.
But, it's totally fun, and I'm going to keep at it until I get really good.

Those are AWESOME for your first go around with tatooing! It takes a while from what I understand to totally get it. But those look great...love the colors she chose!
I wanna tattoo! I've wanted one forever, but the stars have not yet aligned for me to take the plunge.
That's a brave girl having someone so green have free range on her leg like that. LOL!

I really wish that we were still going to oregon, David wants to get tat tat tatted up. Your leaves are really good, though that is one hell of a wierd tattoo to get.
